SCR presents Trudy and Max in Love

On rare occasions, you meet someone and everything clicks. But is love a choice? Or does it just happen? Trudy writes young adult fiction; Max is a novelist of celebrity status. And their attraction is anything but convenient. This very funny take on an unconventional romance is the latest from the multi-talented Zoe Kazan.

Nadja Plays Mendelssohn

Pacific Symphony presents Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg, conductor and violin. Described as an artist who “will make you hang breathlessly on every note,” Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg stands out for her passionate and powerful sound, her risk-taking musical persona and her energetic presence. She’s electrifying!

The Diamonds and Billy Richards’ Coasters

THE DIAMONDS are one of the greatest vocal quartets in the history of rock and roll. The Canadian quartet-formed in the early 1950’s continues to perform in a variety of venues and settings worldwide. Yakety Yak (don’t talk back), Charlie Brown, Poison Ivy, Along Came Jones – these were just some of the hits of The Coasters in the late fifties.  A DooWop legacy, their influence defined the comedic style of the decade and continues to live on through Billy Richards’ Coasters.
